I ran across a new recipe the other day..
its called.
Mexican Casserole.
ITs AWESOME..doesn't take too long to make. its yummy. and Luis loves it.
Here's the ingredients and the pics..ALl you do is layer the ingredients and warm it up.
The hamburger meat is cooked first..
First you put down tortillas, then 1 can of corn and one can of beans. Meat, Cheese. taco sauce. Then more tortillas, corn, beans, taco sauce and more cheese.

    Could you please put down what order they are to be layered. Is the hamburger cooked before layering. I will give this a try soon. mom

    I may make this for our all day services on Sunday. I have wanted a bit since you put it on here.lol

    It is still good when it get colder? I don't know what wouldn't be good in it.lol Thanks, mom

    Oh that does look good. I will have to make this when it gets cooler... right now it is too hot here to run the oven. But soon!!
